1. To prevent issues that commonly begin as human resource concerns from escalating into workplace disputes, employment litigation, and, even worse, workplace violence and
2. To help professionals build healthy relationships that boost workplace performance and lead to productive, successful careers. 

We also work with women, helping them resolve the inner conflicts often associated with advancing and transitioning their careers.
