Katrina Patterson

Katrina Patterson is an accomplished Attorney, Author, Speaker, Human Behavior Specialist, and Leadership Consultant, with expertise in Conflict Management and Resolution, Career Transitions, and Relationship Building. She works with groups and individuals of diverse professions and varied industries. Katrina has conducted professional development workshops and delivered multi-disciplinary and keynote presentations for various organizations, including the American Anthropological Association, the National Association for the Practice of Anthropology, the New York City Bar Association, the Northeast Business & Economics Association, and the New York Welfare Fraud Investigators Association. She also presents within a number of forums for church and faith-based organizations, including leadership training seminars, marriage retreats, and women's events, and she currently teaches within the Christian Education Division of a mega-church located in Brooklyn, New York.
Katrina believes in a team approach, so when necessary, she collaborates the efforts of the firm with other firms and independent contractors, who offer high-levels of expertise in compatible and complementary conflict-related areas, such as leadership, communication, negotiation, diversity, and employment law. In that vein, Katrina has also served as an Expert, Board Member, and Senior Advisor with Change Create Transform, LLC, (CCT), a membership organization for executives and professionals, that provides change management to businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs, and individuals to help them succeed and grow. Prior to founding KP Clarity, Katrina began her private law practice, Katrina Patterson Law, PLLC, a legacy and estate planning firm, which she continues to manage. She also served in a number of leadership positions within several prominent financial services firms. KP Clarity is certified with New York State as well as with the City of New York as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and a Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE). KP Clarity is also certified with the federal government and the Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). |

A Certified Human Behavior Coach and a Consultant with the Center for Conflict Dynamics at Eckerd College, Katrina holds a Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies from York College, City University of New York, an MBA in Management & Leadership from Dowling College, and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School.
